With a couple of days to fill, it seemed a good opportunity to load Boris with camping kit and my lad, and off to the Lakes. Obviously, roadside brew stops were order of the day.
Any opportunity to see if he's big enough to start it.

The following morning brought us bit of drizzle, but undeterred, a lap of Coniston brought us to the Hawkshead ferry
and on to the Motor Museum, a petrolhead happy place, with much more to it than in the pix, and with a very nice café at the back
and a Campbell exhibition too.
